This is an informational website for Noveryn Group LLC. It presents information about the company, provides ways to reach us by email, and offers a concept inquiry form that submits securely to a private database. There is no public account system, no login, and no user area on this site.

Only what you choose to send us through the concept inquiry form. That form submits to a private database: your name, email address, optional company and link, the type of concept, your description of what you are building and the support you are looking for, your desired timing, and the date and time you submitted.

We also record a one-way hashed value derived from your network address, plus your browser's user-agent string, purely to limit automated abuse. We do not store your raw IP address, and the hash cannot be used to contact or identify you.

Browsing the rest of the site collects nothing. There is no account system, no login, and no user area on this website.

The inquiry form requires you to tick a consent box before it can be submitted. Ticking it means you agree that we may store the details you entered and contact you about that inquiry. We record the moment consent was given alongside the submission. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@noveryngroup.com, and we will delete the submission unless we are required to keep it.

To read, evaluate, and respond to your inquiry, and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties for their own purposes. Submissions are stored with access restricted to Noveryn; they are not readable from the public website.

We keep inquiries for as long as the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. A fixed retention schedule is still under review with counsel and will be stated here once confirmed. To request deletion earlier, email info@noveryngroup.com.

We are in the process of enabling automatic email notifications to our inbox when a new inquiry arrives. Until sender-domain verification is complete, submissions are still saved and read — only the automatic alert is pending.

This website does not set tracking cookies and does not run analytics or advertising scripts. No behavioural profile of your visit is created by us.

Like any website, pages and images are delivered by a hosting provider, which may keep standard technical server logs for operation and security. Those logs are handled by the provider and are not used by Noveryn to identify or profile visitors.

If you email info@noveryngroup.com, we receive and keep that message in our email system so we can respond and continue the conversation. Please do not send confidential or proprietary material until we have agreed how it will be handled.

This site links to Instagram and may link to other external services. Those services have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.

If how we handle inquiry data changes, or if the site later adds analytics or other data-collecting features, this page will be updated before those changes take effect.
